He is an experienced senior leader, banker, independent director, technology venture investor, financial services and education entrepreneur with a “Sustainability and Impact” focus, and with over 20 years experience.

He has an experience of 14 years with AAA rated Rabobank/Rothschilds Group in value creation roles combined with more recent CEO/CIO entrepreneurial and hands-on board advisory and multi-asset investing functions.

Presently, he is the Co-Founder and CEO of Raaga Holdings Pte Ltd, with offices in Singapore and in Mumbai. He is also an Investor and Strategic Adviser to companies, funds, family offices and entrepreneurs with several direct tech and impact investments with exits achieved.

Previously, he was the Co-Founder and shareholder (successfully exited at 6x) of Rabobank in India (Rabo India Finance) and Managing Director/Head of Rabobank/Rothschilds Asia-Pacific and Member of Global Executive Committee for Asia-Pacific.
where he led Rabobank Group managing Board deal team to acquire strategic Euro one billion stake in ABC (Agriculture Bank of China) jointly with Temasek Holdings

Moreover, he is currently serving on the boards of two leading India focused Tech Private Equity funds (Omnivore Partners and Mega Delta Capital) as well as Beams Fintech Fund. Additionally, he is active in the Business School space with INSEAD and SMU, a new age school in Mumbai.
